| Drug Policies -
You must have a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice medicine and
to prescribe medications.
PDC will not, and cannot legally handle any habit forming or narcotic substances, also known as controlled
substances, or any drugs that may have a recreational after-market.
If your physician issues a 30-day supply of medication with multiple refills, you may
order up to a 90-day supply. For long term medications, request an annual prescription
for 90 days with 3 refills, from your physician, saving you money on refills.
Returns and Cancellations -
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on prescription drugs under any circumstance.
A cancellation fee of $20 for each prescription cancelled, will be assessed on orders that are
cancelled before shipment. We can not cancel orders that have been shipped.
The cancellation fee is to cover the costs of the Physician Review and Pharmacy Dispensing Fee.

Shipping Information -
All orders are subject to a $15.95 shipping & handling fee. This amount is applied to the whole order,
not to each prescription in the order. We will try to
accommodate family members combining their orders
to one location, with one credit card charge. We reserve the right to limit the number of prescriptions
sent in one order. Please advise us if you would like both orders to be shipped together in the event one
drug is on back order. All orders are processed within 5 working days of receipt , assuming all forms and paperwork are
submitted properly. All orders are shipped directly
from our pharmacies via ground insured mail, which generally requires
an additional 14 - 21 days. We also offer an express
shipping option.
You will be contacted if information from your
order is missing, or if there are any other reasons
for delays. Shipping delays can occasionally occur through
customs and are not within our control. Please make sure you have an adequate supply of your
medication and a copy of your prescription in case of any unusual delay.
Pricing - PDC cannot be held liable for
any pricing errors or shortages encountered by the
pharmacy. The client will always have the option to
cancel the order prior to shipping in the event of a
pricing discrepancy, or an unusual delay.
Payment Information -
PDC accepts Visa, MC and Discover Card, and money orders. Money Orders should be made
out to Prescription Drugs Canada LLP. We charge American Funds -
No conversion to Canadian Funds! Personal checks are
NOT accepted.
