Returning Client with New Prescription - New Prescriptions for customers that have previously ordered other items from us within the past 12 months, require only Form C (Order Form) and your new valid Prescription(s).

Shipping Information - All orders are processed within 5 working days of receipt, assuming all forms and paperwork are submitted properly. You will be contacted if information from your order is missing, or if there are any other reasons for delays. All orders ship via ground insured mail, which generally requires an additional 14-21 days for delivery. We also offer an express delivery and/or temperature sensitive packaging option. Delays can occasionally occur through customs and are not within our control.

• $15.95 shipping & handling charge per shipment. We allow our clients living in the same location to combine their orders under the same payment to one address for a single $15.95 charge. (We reserve the right to limit the number of prescriptions to one address)
